From a Thought to Reality: My Journey of Healing, Growth, and Impact

In 2021, when India was hit by the pandemic, life as we knew it came to a standstill. My husband and children were busy with their Zoom classes and virtual meetings, adapting to the new reality of working and learning online. But I felt lost. While they had a structured schedule, I found myself searching for meaning, purpose, and a way to contribute.

It was during that time that a thought sparked within me—what if Art could be used as a tool for healing? What if I could bring my years of experience in Art to impact people in a way that transcended physical boundaries?

Back then, I had zero knowledge about the power of the online world. I was not tech-savvy, and the idea of starting something online seemed overwhelming. whether I have it in me or can I really do it?

 But that one thought refused to leave me.

Turning a Dream into Reality

I decided to invest in my growth. I joined mentorship programs, learned more about healing, Reiki , Inner Child healing! Invested in courses about digital platforms, Coaching, and marketing, and slowly built the confidence to launch my dream.

 Today, I am proud to say that I curated and designed my programs with all my knowledge and years of experience and Passion as an Artist and my new fond Mission for healing and mentoring the Life Canvas Academy was born in 2022.

Now it has grown into a thriving community with hundreds of students onboard, learning to heal, grow, and impact others.

The thought I had in 2021 during the pandemic is now my reality.

Life Coaching: My Wings to Freedom

I learnt from my mentors that healing wasn’t just about overcoming past struggles—it was about rediscovering myself.  

Healing also gave me financial stability while doing what I love. 

But Life coaching gave me wings—it brought me my

    • I – Identity, Self-Worth, and Self-Confidence
    • R – Respect, a non-negotiable value for me and  Recognition for my work and impact

Knowing my values gave me the clarity to face life’s challenges with confidence. It helped me build a successful career while improving my personal life. 

Today, I help women do the same—heal, grow, and become financially independent by turning their passion for healing into a side hustle or a full-time career.  It's a Golden Triangle and my Ikigai!

Over the years, I have helped transform the lives of 5,000+ women through Reiki, Art Therapy, Inner Child Healing, Ho’oponopono, and Life Coaching.

One of my students, suffering from chronic arthritis, healed herself through Reiki and now earns by helping others.

 Another woman, struggling with money challenges, inner child wounds healed herself first, got certified from LCA and now earns in lakhs as a healer. 

Another of my Radiant phoenix Czarina who won her legal battle she had been struggling since 4 years, met her life partner and found her dream job just by aligning her energies.

These women are proof that when you heal yourself, you open doors to your Manifestations and heal everything in your life. And when you help doing the same, impacting others others creating financial abundance for yourself

Mindfulness practices.

What exactly is Mindfullness?? How do we become more Mindful?? How does being Mindful benefit us?  These are the questions asked by everyone as not many understand the importance of being Mindful! Recently I was invited as a Panelist by Club  'Have your Say' to speak on this topic, since I have been working on my Mindfulness, through my Art practices, and also been launching my own workshops and programs to teach the people around how to be a better and more productive human being by practicing Mindfulness. As I delved deeper into the subject I came across many practices for Mindfulness involving not just  Art, but Dance, Music, playing any instrument.
